2. Services
People Bridge HR provides human resources consulting focused on employee-facing documents, including handbooks, policies, procedures, onboarding materials, and performance evaluation systems. Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
3. Not legal advice or legal representation
I hold a law degree and my legal training informs my work, but I am not acting as your attorney and consulting services are not legal representation. For matters requiring legal representation, I will recommend qualified counsel.
4. Intellectual property
Custom deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment, unless a written agreement states otherwise. General templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain the property of People Bridge HR.
5. Limitation of liability
People Bridge HR's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or this website.
6. Confidentiality
I treat client information as confidential and do not share it without permission, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the agreed services.
7. Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the last updated date.
